Spring Lakefront Screen Replacement: Jackson's Point

A converted cottage on the Lake Simcoe waterfront in Jackson's Point had screens that had not been replaced since the property was converted to year-round use in the early 2000s. The aluminum frames were corroded at the corners, the mesh had oxidized to a grey-brown colour, and the spline had cracked and pulled free at every lower corner. Solution
Replaced all 9 window screens and the patio door screen. All frames were rebuilt in new aluminum stock. The existing frames were too corroded to re-use.
